SOLVED !!! --- in alias after every update was created by Jim
hi,

every time in the agent control panel, when an agent updates there information (phone number etc), a '-' gets added to the alias which is causing issues.

is there a fix for this? why is the alias updated?

I think i have found the issue, its the below in the account form



remove it and it doesn't add a '-' to the alias every time you update the account information.
