Is there a way to display descriptions for photos?

On the administrative back-end, if I go to manage properties and select a property, it allows me to add property photos. It then lets me put in photo descriptions. How can I display these photo descriptions on the front-end of the site?

EDIT: Also, how do I change the order or properties that are displayed through the Layout: Category Listing menu type? The page lists out my categories, and then when I click on a category, it displays the properties that fall under those categories, but it displays them in a seemingly random order. Can I change this order? Thank you!

Hi Brandon,
1. The Photo description when open the modal popup include description of photo already. So you don't need to add it,
2. Currently, the properties in category details are being sorted by ID descending.
