Is OS Property the right choice for me?

I'm designing a site for a single person who owns some (<20) properties. Is OS Property good for this? Or is it only really useful for large real estate companies dealing with a multitude of agents and a multitude of properties? If it makes a difference, the properties are all for rent, and they are all relatively close to each other.
