Log In Register questions was created by Wendy Manning
I cannot get the Register button to appear on the site next to log in.
Also when logged is I can save properties to favourites but there is nowhere to 'view favourites' or saved searches.

Is there something I am missing.

Hi Wendy,
In new Joomla version, default setting of Allow User registration is No. You need to go to Configuration page of User component to turn that option On. Please see my screenshot.

Thanks, got the register button working but still cannot see 'favourites' and saved searches'

Hi,
You can setup menu to layouts "Registered: Favorite properties" to user's favorite list, and "Registered: Search List" to user's saved search lists.

Rememeber only registered users can access to those layouts.
