SOLVED !!! Company admin is not allowed was created by kevin vandenboss

When I add a company and try to assign an agent as the company admin I get the message "Company admin is not allowed" and I can't figure out what setting I need to change to allow the admin. The only user it allows me to set as the admin is a super user.

Hi Kevin,
Of course, one agent can't become company admin. So you can't assign an agent as company admin.

Hi Alfredo,
I am afraid that the company admin is agent in your system already. You can check it to confirm. In that case, you can't register the Joomla account to become company admin anymore.

Yes, the agent is a Jommla user. Registered and Agent roles.
So what do you suggest, should I delete his Joomla's account?

Hi Alfredo,
One Joomla user can only agent OR company admin.
If user A is Agent in OS Property, you need to create user B for Company admin role

Lol, go to back-end > OS Property > Manage Companies > Add new > Select one Joomla user (Hasn't been assigned for any specific agent or different company)

Company Administrators CAN'T be agents, Only Joomla users
if you want to assign an administrator, he must not be registered as Agent in SO Property

Please consider this option in the future: Assigning an Agent as Company Manager. That will improve the workflow.
