Hi Stefano,
OSP Holiday was built on T3 Framework. You can go to Back-end > Template Manager > Select template OSP Holiday, go to Layout and select Responsive tab. You will be able to setup the layout for mobile screen or tablet screens.
By the way, you are able to install the plugin for browser (Firefox) to show template on different screens (mobiles, tablet) to work with template on those screen sizes.
