SOLVED !!! Hide "Properties in same Property type" was created by jimspeedjae
I'm sure this is obvious, but I can't find it...

How do I hide the "Properties in same Property type" section on the property view page?

Ah...figured that out...I assumed all setting under "Related Properties" were about the related properties section

On a related topic...

How can I change the variables of what is displayed here.

For example, could I display all properties in the same location with at least the same number of bedrooms and of a value +/- 50%...?

Unfortunately, OS Property doesn't have more filter parameters in this case
