Removing square metre icon when no data

Is it possible to remove the square metre (or feet) graphic when there is no data for that property. The same as the parking (car), bedroom, or bathroom symbol is not shown when you do not give any data for that field in the back end. I've had a look but can't locate this in the template. I'm on v2.74.

Attached 2 screenshots. You can see for one, we have no area (sqmt) data. But we still have the graphic there. I would like to not display this if we dont have any data (e.g when sqmt = null or no val).
