Hi,
To disable those positions on "Responsive" mode. Please go to Back-end > Extensions > Template manager > OSPT3Map > Click on Tab Layout > Select Responsive layout and select to hide Top Login and Head List Property on Responsive mode.
There are several layouts: Wide, Normal, XTablet, Tablet, Mobile
Please see my screenshot.
