We are able to remove the Captcha code at Request more details and Sharing forms. But in that case, we won't be responsible if you receive a lot spam emails.

To remove captcha at Request More Details and Sharing forms. You need to modify
1. components > com_osproperty > templates > your_current_theme > details.html.php to find the HTML code for captcha fields and JS (checking captcha) and remove them
2. Checking function "sendRequestDetails" and "submitTellfriend" in file: components > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php to find and removeing the "checking captcha" code. (PHP code)
