Security Issue (Spam User)

Hi, Dear Admin.

Recently my website seriously facing spam user to register with my website.

Question:-
1. May i know how to avoid the spammer to register my website. Can i add CAPTCHA into my registration form? And this CAPTCHA will be solve my issue?

2. Could i to change my website administrator domain address like currently is www.mydomain.com/administrator to something like www.mydomain.com/adminaccount to secure my administrator page from the people easy to guess my admin domain address.
