SOLVED !!! Remove Front End Template Settings was created by NIck Frick
How can we remove the template settings portion of the sidebar menu so that there is only the menu items showns? We thought this would be a selection under admin but we can't find it.

Hi NIck Frick,
To remove the template settings portion of the sidebar menu, please follow these steps
Extensions -->Module Manager--> Change template styles at Frontend
Please see the attached screen shot
