SOLVED !!! Locked out of Joomla admin

Hi,
Firstly, OS Property is just Joomla extension. It doesn't effect to Super admin account. Come back to your problem. You can reset password and then change new password.

I did have this issues too: If you select a admin/superadmin as a company or agent/owner, the component will delete all membergroups of this user and add this user to the new membergroup.

Somehow the component dont "remember" the old membergroup.´

To avoid this problem, I simply did not used the admin/superadmin as a company or agen/owner.

I thought it was me setting up a multilingual site that was causing it and then I thought maybe it was the latest Joomla update from 3.4.0 to 3.4.1.
I can confirm that if you set up a new user (just for OS property) it works fine. Maybe they should add this to notes. Do not use the same admin super user you have for joomla when you set up OS property and if you do then do not alter it in any way.

Yes, the best way is using new user account. Sorry for misunderstand as my comment above
