Search Module

Hi,

I had put "search" module to search some articles on my website.
But when i type some searching wording on that search module, it happen like this => (Please refer to attachment).

The menu is run out of alignment and the Quick Search Module box is turn up with "Module Name" instead of "setting name".

But this not happen if i search some articles from all others page unless it only happen to my "Home" page only.
What's going wrong?

Your solution for me to solve this problems is highly appreciated.
