SOLVED !!! Joomla new version 3.4.0 was created by jeffrey
Hi, may i asked who had update your joomla into joomla! 3.4.0?
Is it this latest version is compatible to current OSP Real Estate Template?

Hi,
OSP Real Estate works well with Joomla 3.4, you can upgrade Joomla site normally.
P/s: We strongly advise you to backup your site frequently.

I update Joomla to new version 3.4.0 and noticed the error. When I create menu Layout: Property listing layout and enabled all filter
on the frontpage (I use multilang) when trying filtering by category I have this error
Code:
1054 - Unknown column 'Array' in 'where clause' from osp_osrs_properties AND a.id in (Select pid from osp_osrs_property_categories where category_id in (Array)) and a.published = '1' and a.approved = '1'
The same error is obtained with a clean installation Joomla 3.4 ond OS Property 2.73

Hi Armen,
You OS Property is 2.7.3, it has the error with Advanced search version. Please download latest OS Property version and use it. (2.7.5)
