Hi Dam,

I have one customer with over 300 properties who doesn't want 300 emails every time all their properties expire, however, i have another customer that find them very useful as a reminder to re list the properties again.

As this is a global setting, would it be possible to have something in the agent profile when they log in (check.tick box) to enable or disable this feature?

Hi Jim,
The expired emaills or the expiration notification emails won't be sent in the same time. If you go to Configuration page, Tab: General, you will see the part: Cron Jobs. In this part, you can setup number emails that will be sent per time.

Hi Dam,

I realise this can be done, the emails are sent over a few days but one customer doesn't want 300 emails over a few days and the other does.

Is it possible for a tick box on the agent profile to receive all emails or none?

Hi Jim,
Unfortunately, currently, OS Property doesn't have feature to allow agent to select to receive the notification emails.

Hi Jim,
Main problem is in this time, i don't have enough time to implement this task. It should contain quite a lot time for testing.
I will consider to add this feature into OS Property as soon as possible. Hope you understand.
