Switch Property Edit Tabs

Hi.

2 Questions:
Number 1:
How easy is it to switch the Property Add/Edit tabs. I have tried, but unsuccessful.
From: Address-General information-Other information-Photos
To: General information-Address-Other information-Photos

Number 2:
Under the Address Tab. I would like to move the "Enter address to check latitude and longitude: " to above the map and not below as it currently is?

Hi,
1. Please go to backend > Configuration > Tab: General, please select Yes at field Load Bootstrap
2. You can make the modification to move "Enter address to check latitude and longitude" to above the map in file: components > com_osproperty > helpers > layouts > propertyedit.php
