Hello.
There is no need to use utf8_encode function in
$property->pro_name = utf8_encode($property_name)
because in this way we receive string like this ÐабеÑÐµÐ¶Ð½Ð°Ñ ÐоÑнилова

Hi,
Yes, i think so, but with some customers who need to import CSV file with non-UTF8. Maybe i will add feature to allow administrator to select to import CSV with all UTF-8 charaters or non-UTF-8 characters. It will be more flexible.
By the way, currently, OS Property doesn't have feature to clear the properties before importing CSV.
Thanks
Dam

Hi, Dang.
Deleting all records before importing csv file is usefull for those users, who imports daily from external sources and doesn't have agents and companies (single-user mode).
Well, i can do it myself.
Thanks for reply!
