Property listing doesn't link to details page

OS Property (v 2.6.2) has worked perfectly until recently. Suddenly, our latest listing, when published and approved, does not take you to the details page when clicked. Instead, it gives a message "Property not available" and takes you to the homepage.

I've checked the database, all the settings, everything is exactly like the other listings. We even deleted the listing and re-entered it. Still doesn't work.

click on Properties/Westport, and click on the one that says "Bright high-ceiling multi-office suite". It will take you to the home page.

Please go to Back-end > OS Property > Dashboard and run the feature : Sef Optimize, the issue will be solved

Question: How often do we have to clear the URLs so this doesn't happen again?

Hi,
No frequently, sometime, you add the properties that contain the same name with existing properties. Maybe that issue will happen.
