You can translate the Neighborhood names through Translation tool at Back-end of component.

Hi Alvaro,
You can use PHPMyAdmin to change the Neighborhood names through MySQL Table: #__osrs_neighborhood_names

After I translated NEIGHBORHOOD to VIZINHANÇA in the backend as your photo shows, all terms stop showing.
