Missing icons in detail view

Hi
In both versions 2.7.3 and 2.7.4 the icons in the property listing details view are missing. I am using Theme 3, but the icons are not showing in most of the themes I have tested.
In the attached image, the icons I refer to are circled in red - in the tpl.php files they are referenced as osicon_NAME
Any help would be appreciated.
