Hi Bosman,
1/ When your site has more than one language activated, and then you go to page "Add property", you will see the tab Translation where you can enter property data in different languages. If you setup to use only one language in your Joomla site, that tab will be disappeared.
2/ You can turn off Report function at Back-end > OS Property > Configuration > Tab: General
