how i change multiple select type to a drop down menu in property search and property lisiting
i need to change the category field in to a drop down menu type currently its as a multiple select
and need to change the width of the fields in property search and add property

First of all, to change multiple select type to a drop down menu in property search and property lisiting, you should modify file: components > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php
php function: advsearch and listProperties
Second, we have refunded the money of OSP Real Estate transaction back to you. So i think it's better if you can find another template or re-purchase it if you want to continue using.
