Hi
When I enable the comments in the settings area then everyone can leave a comment and thats nor so good.
It should only be registred users that could leave a comment or if there could be an option to let unregistred users to leave a comment or not. (Something like "Should non logged in users be able to leave comments and ratings" Yes - No)

If the problem can be solved why worry? If the problem can not be solved, worrying will do you no good.

And the bug has been fixed and released on version 2.7.3

Fine (yes you solved it on another site) this was referring to OSP Realty template package but if this is fied in near future that is ok.

I downloaded OS Properties 2.7.3 again (this day) but sorry to say the fix is not in there, mybe it´s coming in the next update.

Was digging in to this a little and it´s only in the Theme "Black transparant theme" this happens.
In all the other Themes it´s ok.

Hi,
Please open file: components > com_osproperty > templates > theme_black > details.html.tpl.php
find
if(($owner == 0) and ($can_add_cmt == 0)){
and replace by
if(($owner == 0) and ($can_add_cmt == 1)){
