Come back to your question, the modules you mentioned are custom html modules. And you can find it at back-end > Manage modules. From that page, you will see the custom modules you want to change. Open each of them and see the editor, you will see the module content.
The icons that we are using are "Fa icon" and you can open HTML mode of Editor to replay another Icon class name
