Hi Ruben,
I see you are using Theme3 and there is one property in that page. So i don't know what do you mean.

Yes, If you can see this page: www.fincascontreras.com/index.php/viviendas
is narrower than the others: www.fincascontreras.com/index.php

Is very rare :-(

Line 647 and remove
width:770px;
