To rent + to sale at the same time

Hi,
OS Property has feature to allow you to assign more than one category for one property. So you can use "To sale" and "To rent" are categories. And you will be able to assign those categories to one property.
P/s: It seems the screenshots you sent isn't come from OS Property.

The pictures is just a design which shows what I need to do.
I think I can't use category on this way, because I'll use categories for "Villas\Yachts\Cars" as you can see on a search module. So I need an advice how to do exactly as on a pictures. Maybe I can make a 3 "Property types" like "To rent", "To buy", "To rent & buy" and hide "To rent & buy" in a search module, and add "To rent & buy" in all search SQL queries?
Is that an easiest way to get what I need?

I think you can add the option "Any" in the dropdown select list "Property type". And if customer don't select any specific Property type, the system will search properties in both "To rent' and "To buy" property types

I think you get me wrong.
When customer select "To buy" system should serch "To buy" and "To rent & buy".
And when customer select "To rent" system should serch "To rent" and "To rent & buy".

Hmm, it's quite difficult, you need to hack into all search functions of OS Property (Listing filter, advanced search and locator search) to change it.
Listing filter:
componnents > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php function listProperties
Advanced search
componnents > com_osproperty > classes > listing.php function advsearch
Locator search
componnents > com_osproperty > classes > locator.php
I think it will be a lot of works

Can I use OS_ORIGINAL_PRICE as a price of a rent? This field is hidden but I can use it if I need?
