Comments and rating of properties

Hi
How can I make it so that it´s only logged in users who can leave a comment and rate a propertie?

If you uncheck the box Activate comment then you can not leave a rating. If I would like to use JComments how can I then leave a rating?

Currently, only registered user (not owner of property) can leave a comment and rate for property. That's feature of component.

It's one of features of OS Property. You only need to login and go to the Property details page, if the "comment" feature is turned on. You will see the form to leave the comment

For me that does not work, I can leave a comment as an unregistred user as well.
I don´t need to be logged in to make a comment.

Unfortunatly no one can leave a comment now, the tab is there but no comment´s could be written.

I tested with an only registred user (not an agent, not an owner and not not a Company).

I also noticed (which I havn´t noticed before) that if you only have only one picture on the properties page it´s "flashing" like it tries loading other Pictures, mybee this is som sort of configuration that I missed but I haven´t seen this behavior before.
