Hi,
It seems you want to mention to "Convenience" fields of properties. You can translate those fields at Back-end > OS Property > Manage Convenience

No. I translate everything i need only this last item in front end.
There's an input for "key word" in google maps search layout (via his menu). In the field of the input the help text is "e.g : pool,fireplace"

I haven't found any OS_text for this translation, nor backoffice or translations files... and i don't found the php file for this layout..
