UPDATE: I uninstalled the component and re-installed it. It may be working now. - Thanks

I have just completed the quick start installation and I can't seem to get the front end to load. I have done this once on my local machine and once on the hosting live environment. The results are the same.

I also see that on both installations, the Location slider does not load the countries. (Not sure if this is related)
