You can try this way:
Go to file
language > fr-FR > fr-FR.com_osproperty.ini
and add
REF #="Reference #"
I am not sure it will work, but you can try it. Or else, you must open each files in folder "classes" and find and replace "Ref #" by another word.

It did not work by correcting the .ini file
I finally changed the "class" file by replacing é by the universal code.
it works
Method can be good for the other sites in French.
But for the other question,
I find only "manage price list", but only to sort the prices of different properties.
There is no option. How to define the price range?
