Separate Listing OR Isolate ONE category

I'd like to have a separate 'listing' results page for my Rental (To let) properties.... without having to select just the 'to-let' properties from the search page. So what I'd like is to have a results page which is reached directly from a menu item (no need to have a search criteria page as there are very few rental properties on this particular site).

Is this possible? And if so, how??!!

By the way - the 'to-let' properties are JUST one category... we also have 'for sale', 'sold', and 'sold subject to contract' (which I'd like to keep in one main list)

Which means I DON'T want the 'to-let' properties to show up in my main search/listings!

You can setup menu to layout: OS Property: Property listing layout and select category "To Let" from dropdown select list: Category in Menu parameters form
