Lost Users was created by Stephan
I use OSP with OS membership pro. newest versions on J 3.3.6
At the moment I'm in the testing stage with the system.
During the testing I noticed repeatedly that I loose registered agents and users.
- the user is not anymore in the joomla user list
- the user is not anymopre in the agent list
- the users are still visible in the "top agents" modul
- the users are also still visible in the subscribers list
- the added properties from this users are also still visible and published
But the user is gone. Also not able to login with the missing user name
I can't examine in which situation this happens. But I noticed the problem 3 times
For the background: during testing i added some users, deleted them after testing and added them again for new testing situations (sometimes with similar names as before)
perhaps someone had similar problems and a idea
Thanks
Stephan

Hi Stephan,
With your list, i think we have 2 problems here
1. Joomla user maybe deleted by someone, but the relation between Joomla user and Agent is still existing. Agent still exists, but he isn't be shown in the Agent list because there is the Inner joing between Agent and Joomla users and when Joomla user isn't exists, the agent won't appear in the agent list. But you can make a bit change in OS Property to show the agent who his (her) joomla user was deleted. And then, you will be able to remove that agent from agent list. Are you ok?
2. When Joomla user was deleted, his (her) subscribe is stil be shown in the Membership > subscriber list.
I hope my explanation is clear with you and i will wait for your response.
Thanks
Dam
