Change the search from +1 (>=) to (=)

Hello Dang,
in the search for room and bath elc.. its 1+ and 2+ elc..
if I search room number +3 , the result gives the +3 properties and all over the 3+ .., so I get the also the 4+ and 5+ and 6+ ..elc....
I guess the search option in code is (>= )..
where to change it to make it only ( .
I want when I search rooms 3+, to give result only the 3+.. and I want the same for the bath and the bedroom ...
