Don't show the "No Photo" image

Thanks for all your hard work in making OS Property available for us. My site is a purely a property to rent site and it is only for commercial units in farms. I'm having to tweak OS Property quite a lot to make it fit my requirements but I'm sure it's going to be worth it in the end. One problem I have is - most of these units aren't exactly photogenic and therefore most of the listings won't have photos. This isn't a problem on the pages listing the individual properties - the single "No Photo" image is acceptable but when it comes category pages or search results I'm ending up with a page full of the "No Photo" image, I would rather have no images than this repeated image. I am finding that the OS Property theme 3 is closest to suiting my needs, is there any way of having category and search results displaying photos when real photos are available but when there are no photos displaying no images just details?
