Extra field group can't open in front-end was created by DThx

Hi Dam,
A new question about front-end : page "add property" / extra field group
can't open (see attached)

Note : Extra field groups and field groups are activated in back-end
Thank tell me what files we must to change

Please select Property type first, and then, the extra fields (that was assigned to property type) will be shown
