Property State

Hi,
Unfortunately, it's impossible to add more states as you request. Properties of OS Property only able to have 2 levels: Standard and Featured. We can't add more options for it.
In this case, we advise you to use Categories or Property Types for those states

also wanted to know how i can rearrange the listing layout instead of starting with the image then property info then title, i want to start with the title then image...

You can modify the layout properties listing in:
components > com_osproperty > templates > theme3 > listing.html.html.php
components > com_osproperty > templates > theme3 > result.html.html.php
