OS Property only have Vertical search module in the package. The search module you see in OSP Real Estate template demo site is the Quick search module, it was designed for that template only, so it isn't included in OS Property package. Moreover, even you install Quick search module into different template (not OSP Real Estate), it won't nice as you see in
osprealestate.joomservices.com/
