Сreate category in the menu OS Property?

Hi, how create category in the menu OS Property?
For example, Property-> Apartments
                      Property-> Houses

Not using "Layout: Property listing layout", because it does not output the description.. and way into the breadcrumbs to the object is not valid.

We only have solution is using the "Property listing menu" layout to create menu to the page that list all properties of specific category.
By other way, you can copy the link to specific category detais - from Categories listing page- and use external url menu.
