how to change pro_alias

hi
I am a traditional Chinese user .
How can I change the default pro_alias setting to current time (or any other unique number such as the property's item number) to prevent the error caused by the url problem? (the url doesn't accept chinese...)

Hi Nancy,
You can change the alias of property at Backend > OS Property > Manage Properties > click on property and edit the alias directly

But that means I have to check every item and change it one by one, also , the agent who publish the property can't check their properties right away since they have to wait until I change the alias.Therefore I really hope the correct urls being created automatically.
So, is there any way I can change the default pro_alias setting.

I can help you to change the alias from Chinese to English. Maybe we will use "property" + id of property, ok?

Sorry I don't really understand what "ticket" means here......
Also I haven't upload my site...only do it on localhost...

I know how to submit ticket...I found it~
But I still have my site only on localhost > <
is there other way to change the setting?
