Where do I change the settings? I also do not want rooms on it..

The max and min value on the Price range slider are being get from Max and Min price of properties in your OS Property system.
And if you want to remove Dropdown select list Room. You can change it in file:
templates > osprealestate > html > mod_osquicksearch > default.php
