Customize the label of the existing field

Thanks for your help on the OSP template quick installation. Now I need your support again.

I am developing a property agent website used in Singapore market. I like to refine the following features,

1. Location. Singapore is just a City, so there is no State/Province Structure. Instead, they are defined by Zone/District. Is it possible that
I can customize the label of State/Province to Zone/District. Then it will much easier for me to import the location data by following your stare/province structure.
2. Quick Search. Again, I am going to add one more field in quick search, search by location. Can you guide me how to implement this one?

I have attached a reference document to show the common quick search engine in Singapore.

OS Property allow user to use one default state in the system. And in that case, the system will show the dropdown select list "City" only.
Please setup the default state and enter the cities. And then, we wil help you to add the dropdown select list "City" into the search module for you.
