OSP Template Installation Error

Hi Yuguang,
In your attachment, i see you select to install the Quick start file. It is not true. Because, the quickstart version is the Joomla package that have template and OS Property installed. So you won't be able to install it.
By the way, we can help you to install and configure the template to make your site like the demo. Please submit ticket and send your site information with super admin account. My guy will help you to do it.

By the way, can you let me know what is the current procedure to install this template? E.g. To install OS Property first? then the template package? or I have to install each component individually. I check your OSP Template installation tutorial, but it is not the same as the file I bought in your OSP Template package.
