Upgrade OSP Realestate template

Hi,

I am using the OSP Realestate template which is currently on version 1. I want to upgrade it to the latest version 3. I have issues with Theme Magic in that I get the following error:

500 Template Less structure was not compatible with T3 compiler

I am hoping by upgrading it will sort out these issues?

Additionally, how do I prevent the upgrade from overwriting my changes/content?

Hi,
When you have that error, i think you can upgrade OSP Real Estate to solve the issue.
Please backup your changes before upgrading OSP Real Estate
