REceiving emails from the adverts

Hi Dam

Hopefully my last question for a while. I (think) I have set up the configuration correctly but as yet, when I send myself a test email from the Request More Details box on the adverts I receive nothing through email. That could become a bit of an issue.

Can you advise how I need to set up the config to get theses emails to come into my inbox please? I'll keep looking in case I find the answer but so far no luck. Oh, I have checked my SPAM folder and nothing going in there.

Hi Dave,
As i answered you in ticket system. When user submit a "Request more details" form, it will be sent to agent, not to specific email address. So please check agent's email.

Dam, can I ask, is it possible that the person making the "send more information" request also gets a copy of the email they send to the agent / owner. to their inbox. Perhaps a tick box that says "send me a copy".

In my experience, buyers lose track of who they send emails to so having something in their inbox is a useful reminder. This is something you see very often on contact us joomla modules. It would be very useful I think Dam.
