Some teething issues

Hi Dang
I am having a few teething problems in getting the various parts of the OS property system to work for me. If you could take a look at villamarketingsolutions.com/properties-f...esort-and-residences hopefully my questions will make some sense.

1. I have put this property in a category OFF PLAN but if you use the advanced search box to the right for off plan no results are returned. Can you explain what I am doing wrong
2. On the advanced search, there is no slider for price, the numbers are fixed and cannot be modified. How do I make this work?
3. In LOCATION, none of these are ticked in the property setup area but they all show as selected here. How do I stop this?

Please submit ticket and send super admin account of your site with super admin acc, i will check and solve the problem for you

Hi Dave,
I have checked a bit in your site. Here are my comments
1. Price slider range doesn't show. The reason of problem is you used JCH Optimize and jQuery easy plugins. 2 plugins compress the css and js of OS Property and is the reason of problem. I disabled 2 that plugins and the issue is solved
2. You search with category Off Plan, but no properties in the result. The reason is you are using Default country is : Saint Kitts and Nevis. But you haven't entered any State and City for that country. The property only be shown in the Search result once it has enough location data : State and City

Thank you Dam - I understand re the compression.
I also understand re the location info for St.Kitts. It's a tiny Island and so I wasn't sure of exact location. I will find out and add the extra location info.

Can I ask, how did you turn off the Location information. I searched everywhere?

Sorry, I meant all the ticked items just above the lower map. You have disabled them which is great, I just wondered how you did it

Hi Dave,
It's the setting of theme. You can turn on or off it by going to Back-end > OS Property > Manage Themes > select activated theme and you will see the parameter fields. The field that i turned off in this case it: Show location above Google Map
