Theme 1 change "OS PROPERTY"

In theme 1 appears a message inside the photos " OS Property" where do i find this?

Yes i can send a picture, but my big problem in this theme 1 is another that i just found out.

I cann´t use this theme because i just don´t like it in home page, i prefer theme 3

But theme 3 dosen´t change languages in pop ups like sharing, tell a frind etc..... i have another post on this one and still cann´t understand why since in other themes the language change like it is suppose
