Sample Property data

I am using Osproperty/OsTrans Templ/OsMem with your sample data. Can I go live using the sample data as long as I declare that its Sample data? The OsTrans photos are also superb. Am I free to use them on the live site? I intend to use the Adsense plugin (thank you) but they place emphasis on ownership you see .

I am happy to learn that I can use your sample data. I am worried however after I discovered a note that some DEMO data is from realtor.com. I hope this just a demo note coz I have already gone live with sample data (only marked it as sample).
