Custom filter search on extra field

Hello!

I would like to create a dropdown filter with some values in quick search module.

That's not a problem, but if I would like to search these values in an extra field?

The select name should be the name of the extra field and the option value the text value? Does it work?

In fact, it's not difficult with developer, but if you don't about Joomla coding or OS Property structure. It's difficult.
But you can try to create the html dropdown select list with name is name of extra field.
