Incorrect Category Count in 2.7.1

There seems to be a bug in Version 2.7.1 with categories

Example: There is 1 property in the category flooring.
if you goto the property and change the category to something else it still shows as 1 in flooring in the category “list”, but is correct as “0” on the thumbnails. (see attached image).

I have had a look in the database and this is what seems to be happening.

when you change a property to a different category it updates the osrs_property_categories table correctly (which is read by the main thumbnails correctly) see image attached.
but it doesn’t update or write the new category id to the osrs_properties table, which is where the category “list” reads from.

I added a new property and the field Category_id in the osrs_properties table is NULL

This is also happening to the province field in the osrs_properties table and is always NULL

Is there a fix please?
